PLANNING. INSTALLATION. SUPPORT.
Our commercial laundry services connect room planning, equipment selection, installation, and ongoing support. We help you prepare the setup around your building and the people who depend on it.
HOW WE HELP
1
Bring equipment selection, room layout, and payment choices into one coordinated plan.
2
Prepare for a smooth equipment installation with clear project requirements.
3
Get help identifying equipment problems and arranging the next step.
Our planning and consulting approach begins with your goals: improved resident convenience, a more useful room, or an equipment refresh. We help you evaluate the practical decisions before moving ahead.
Equipment delivery and setup should account for the building as well as the machines. We discuss access and installation needs so responsibilities are clear before the work begins.
For a repair or warranty question, contact Star with the machine details and a description of the problem. The team can help determine the next step and discuss service availability.
QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Provide the property address, machine ID, brand, model, and serial number if available. Describe the symptom, any displayed error code, and when it began. Say whether the machine took payment, stopped during a cycle, leaked, or affected other equipment. A clear photo of the display and identification label can help the service team prepare.
A repair time cannot be confirmed before the issue, location, technician availability, and parts needs are reviewed. Call Star at 508-844-9394 to discuss the problem and current scheduling. If the machine is in a shared room, mark it out of service so other users do not keep paying to try it.
Confirm the delivery route, door openings, room layout, floor requirements, and the specified utility connections. The project scope should say who handles machine removal, electrical or plumbing work, dryer venting, installation, and startup. Resolve those responsibilities before delivery so a new machine is not left waiting for site work.
Follow the maintenance schedule in the manual for the actual model. Routine care commonly includes keeping the room and machine areas clean and checking the accessible items assigned to the operator. Dryer lint and venting deserve particular attention. Internal repairs, electrical work, and adjustments should be handled by qualified service personnel. Agree in writing who performs routine care and scheduled service.
Please provide the brand, model, serial number, location, and issue when you contact us. Star needs those details to confirm service availability, parts access, and any existing warranty restrictions. Equipment installed by another supplier is not automatically covered by Star’s service or warranty arrangements.
